It's very interesting - although they take it too far. But....out of every animal on the Earth, we are the only ones destroying it - but maybe we could just be a little more conscious about saving & protecting the world that God gave to us. I'm reading a book right now called 'Ishmael' - it deals with the same thoughts. There are some "primitive" tribes that are living peacefully & not harming the Earth & most of the rest of the world, which is destroying it. Kind of a tree-hugger book, but it makes you think a little bit about the 'Do not worry' passage in the Bible. The Earth provides for the birds, flowers, etc. w/o destruction - couldn't it (& God) provide for us too? Good thoughts, but crazy website.
Yeah they do seem to be a bit extreme. I understand the philosophy of it because we have done a lot of harm to the earth but at the same time i think encouraging the human race to cease to exist is a bit much. wouldnt their time be better spent educating people about how to live without harming the world. ya know, finding alternatives besides waiting for everyone to die out. i do find it funny how the story of Noah was just a weak moment for God when he mistakenly left one family on earth. so the first thing i thought was "they cant be serious" but apparently they are. but at least they have a sense of humor in their writing.
